[Week 19] A milestone achieved!

As an intern, I always dreamt of taking on a project from start to finish. And recently, I had the incredible opportunity to do just that. I was tasked with designing the logo and branding deck for Pebble House, a luxurious commercial building that seamlessly blends work, play, and relaxation.

The Conceptual Phase: A Smooth Start

The initial brief was straightforward: a clean, modern, edgy logo that reflected the building's unique concept. I dived into the conceptualization phase, brainstorming and sketching various ideas. I eventually came up with three distinct identity design options to present to the client.

Typography: A Challenging Hurdle

While the conceptualization was relatively smooth, I encountered a significant roadblock: typography. I realized that my typography skills needed significant improvement. Fortunately, my mentor, Salil Awchat, provided invaluable guidance and support throughout the process. His expertise was instrumental in helping me refine the typography and elevate the overall design.

The Final Product: A Strong Identity

The first logo design was ultimately selected by the client. The strong, distinctive logo element served as the foundation for the entire branding deck. However, I still had to invest considerable effort in refining the elements and collaterals to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand identity.

A Speedy Delivery

Despite the challenges, I managed to complete the project in just five working days, which was a remarkable feat. I'm incredibly proud of my accomplishment, and I can't wait to see my work come to life on the signage of the Pebble House building.
